As outlined in alll our literature and literature you received when you made your purchase ... It is the clients responsibility to maintain a copy of the original installation file in the event a re-install is required.

If you cannot TRANSFER the license ... e.g. the old PC is not running .... you can use your original installation file to install the software on the new PC and request a new Activation Code through this Support Ticket system and you'll be up and running. As the article referenced above states, your Lifetime License does come with some restrictions ... and you should make every attempt to TRANSFER the license and obtain a REMOVAL CODE in every instance.
If you cannot locate or did not maintain a copy of your original installation file ... the only installation file we can deliver is for the current versions of the title.
